Intense, rounded and concentrated wines

The winery, located in Anguix (Burgos), in the heart of the prestigious Ribera del Duero, has 70 hectares of its own vineyards where it grows Tinta del País and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It was founded in 1998 as a château (Bordeaux style), with the aim of bringing out the maximum expression of the terroir.

Surrounding the winery, at an altitude of between 700 and 1,000 metres, is the winery's vineyard. The vineyard is more than 20 years old and the majority of the grapes are Tinta del País. This variety is characterised by its balanced tannins and lack of oxidants, which gives it a stable colour.

Every year a third of the barrels are renewed, so that new and semi-new barrels are always available, achieving the ideal contribution of tannins and oxygen exchange.
