Champagnes of the highest quality
Pascal Doquet took over from his grandfather and then his parents and is now a unique producer and a biodynamic benchmark in the Côte des Blancs.
The 8.66 hectares of vineyards are widely distributed throughout the Côte des Blancs, in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, in Vertus, in Bergères-lès-Vertus.
All the champagnes undergo malolactic fermentation and some of the wines are aged in small used oak barrels. Fascinating and complex, deeply expressive, Pascal Doquet's champagnes are exciting and, like him, have a strong personality. Prolonged ageing and separate vinification of each parcel are some of the keys to success.
