Different wines for special people

Paco & Lola is a winery founded in 2005 on the initiative of a group of wine growers and wine producers from the region of O Salnés, who decided to professionalize their production.

The winery has 220 hectares of its own vineyards spread over more than 2,000 plots, characteristic of Galician smallholdings and located entirely in the "Val do Salnés" sub-area.

In keeping with tradition, the grapes are harvested by hand in boxes with a maximum capacity of 20 kilograms, so that the grapes are kept in optimum conditions from the moment they are harvested until they are received at the winery.

Since its beginnings, Paco & Lola has always been committed to implement an environmentally friendly production, carrying out an integrated management of vine cultivation. In 2010 the winery joined the Life Viñas Atlánticas Project, an innovative project that involves all its vine growers to minimise the use of chemical products through coordinated techniques within an Environmental Management System.
