Mill

Vineyard located on a terrace overlooking the Duero River, in the meander that forms just before it meets the Arandilla River, on the Castilian plateau, at an altitude of 800 metres and extreme weather conditions, in one of the most unique and special designations of origin in the world: Ribera del Duero. The winery is spread over more than 100 hectares of excellent vineyards.

Prior to the harvest, the most suitable grapes are selected to obtain a wine with character. The grapes are harvested by hand, selecting the clusters, and the proximity of the winery to the vineyard guarantees that the fruit is received in the best conditions.

The fermentation of the must is carried out in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature, using a vat foot made with the yeasts that are naturally found in the grapes. The ageing is carried out in new American and French oak barrels of medium toast, in order to offer its best version and personality. It is clarified with egg albumin and lightly filtered before bottling, avoiding subjecting the wine to cold processes.

The end result is an honest and direct wine, with fruity aromas and an explosion of intense red colour.
