Elegant and juicy wines with an impressive and refined fruit expression
The Garmón winery is made up of a selection of vineyards cultivated in smallholdings in four different municipalities: Baños, Tubilla, La Aguilera and Moradillo. Most of them are located on the right bank of the Duero, with the exception of Moradillo, which is on the left bank.
In the winemaking and ageing process, the aim is to obtain aromatic richness, soft and harmonious tannins and a moderate extraction that contributes to outline the style of a complex, harmonious and refined wine.
The average ageing period is 16 months, with 100% French oak from different cooperages with 27mm thick staves and between 24 to 36 months of natural drying.
