El Grillo y La Luna

El Grillo y la Luna is a family project that was born in Barbastro in 2007, the result of an illusion: to create unique wines with soul.

Patience is the winery's calling card, where good things are made to wait. Under the premise that the wine is born in the vineyard, it is only released to the market at its optimum moment, without rushing, respecting the singularity of each vintage to the maximum.

Undoubtedly, maturity makes the difference in all the wines of this Somontano winery.

This winery has 53 hectares and is one of the smallest wineries in this Aragonese PDO, where the entire harvest is harvested and selected 100% by hand, and where there is no stipulated date for harvesting, which is decided by going out into the field and tasting grapes.

Thus, with care, serenity and tenacity, they obtain full-bodied, fresh, balanced, special wines in which the terroir and the variety reach their maximum expression.
