Francisco Blanco Martínez founded this bodega with the aim of selling his wines to other producers and producing for his own consumption. Since 1998, the third generation of "Los Blanquitos", as they are affectionately known in Sanlúcar, has been in charge of running the winery, which began bottling under the Callejuela name in 2005.
