This winery aims to achieve the highest quality and that means taking care of the smallest detail. For this reason, the arañones from the best vineyards are selected by hand so that the result is perfect.

The meticulous selection of 100% Navarrese sloes together with a careful elaboration and a slow and traditional maceration process give Berezko Patxarana its characteristic aroma and flavour, full of character and nuances.

The selection is made every year, which is why the vintage is marked on the label and in each one you can find the different nuances that the ripening of the sloes provides each year. This definitely makes it a unique pacharán.
