The Winery
Williams & Humbert
Founded in 1877 by Sir. Alexander Williams, a great connoisseur and admirer of sherry products, and Arthur Humbert, a specialist in international relations.
Since then, some of the house wines and brandies have been kept in oak casks of the highest quality (soleras). These form the basis for the current development and ageing of each of the wines and brandies of Bodegas Williams & Humbert.

Description of Williams & Humbert Fino
This wine belongs to what the Williams & Humbert winery calls its Vintage Collection. They consist of a series of wines produced in static ageing with a vintage denomination, that is to say, they do not use the typical method of the Marco de Jerez whereby the different vintages are homogenised according to the dynamic solera system. This means that these wines are a unique reflection of the vintage and the special moment in which they were made, and they come from vineyards located in the Pagos de Añina and Carrascal, some of the plots blessed with the best relationship between the quality of the Albariza soils, exposure and geographical location. This 2012 Fino was aged at 15.5 degrees and aged for 4 years under veil in 600-litre American oak barrels. A warm vintage with a very low production, which resulted in a wild and very concentrated fino. A fino of marked character, golden colour, powerful nose and dry in the mouth. It is perfect to enjoy with quality anchovies, pickles and even grilled fish. And of course quality Iberian hams.
