Making notes

The Chief Distiller Shinji Fukuyo raised the challenge of designing the mixture par excellence, meticulously purifying it to capture the pure essence of an authentic hibiki. A flavor transparency is given that allows this whiskey to reveal all its complexities at the same time. More than 10 maltas and 3 grain whiskeys of about 20 years are combined to create an enveloping harmony of flavors and aromas.
