A fabulous rosé to get to know one of the most famous Provencal rosé projects in the world. Sacha Lichine (together with Patrick Leon, former CEO of Mouton Rothschild) and its emblematic winery Chateau d'Esclans produce some of the best Provençal style rosés we can find in the market. Located in La Motte, a small charming village in the Varois region of Provence, they select some of the best vineyards in the area predominantly Grenache, Cinsault and some white varieties such as Rolle (also known as Vermentino in Italy). Palm by whispering Angel also has a contribution of syrah and carignan that make it even more juicy and fruity. Its wines are characterized by careful elaboration processes, thermal control in all stages and very light squeezing to get dry rosés typical of Provence, but especially exuberant aroma. Vinified in stainless steel but with battonage every 15 days to ensure more creamy textures.
