We are facing one of its plots planted at higher altitude, around 550 meters and also the further north, attached to a northern slope, allows them to mature the Merlot of a manalerasuave thus thus blowing sun and the usual problems of dehydration. The floors are poor, well structured, porous and with vegetal cover.

Making notes

The plots are harvested nightly mechanized in September and vinify separately. Fermentation performed at 28ºC, postfementative tank over three weeks. All its movements are performed by gravity. Agar of 12 months in a selection of French oak barrels.
