El Vino Sentada sobre la Bestia is an oak red wine from the Valencia Denomination of Origin created by the Fil.loxera & Cía Wineries. It has Mediterranean character with pleasant tannins.

Vineyards selected by small areas of plots that listed the owners of the winery due to their characteristics of soil, age, altitude, slope, vigor of vegetation, type of cluster and grains.

Making notes

Sleeping and light squeezed. Fermentation of each variety separately in small tubs of 750 liters with wild yeast tubes, controlled temperature, with soft pigerages and short macerations of between 7 and 10 days. Wood tub and the remaining 50% in stainless steel tanks. 8-month mixed parenting with its fine barrels, tino and stainless steel tank.
