Description of S De Ayles Vino De Pago
Coming from Wineries Aylés, with D. O. P. being the only wines from Pago de Aragón, we have this S of Aylés. S of Aylés is the first monovarietal of this winery dedicated to the native Garnacha. S de Aylés' follows the line marked by 'E de Aylés', as both are made only with one variety, which in the case of this wine is the Garnacha. It remains in the barrel for 12 months and shows itself to be a wine where the aromas of blackberry prevail.Ideal pairing
