Description of Ruinart Blanc De Blancs
Ruinart Blanc De Blancs has a very bright pale gold color. It is a clear and precise wine, with a predominantly citrus note, ideal for pairing with white fish and seafood.
On the nose it presents an aroma of fresh fruits with a predominance of citrus and pineapple, mixed with notes of white flowers and spices (ginger and cardamom).
On the palate it is pure, clean and precise. The entry is soft and fleshy and gives way to a magnificent finish very refreshing, with notes of white peach.
It should be served at a temperature of 8ºC.
Perfect for pairing as an aperitif, with prawns, sea bream tartar with olive oil and lemon, grilled sole or a white fish sashimi.
