Nose of good intensity with notes of lacteada fruit and spicy tones reminiscent of licorice.

Description of Romanico
Romanico 2017 is the wine that comes from the young vines that the Eguren family owns in Zamora (Toro). La Jara and Valdebuey estates nourish the cavee of grapes from vineyards between 10 and 25 years old, resulting in a direct wine, loaded with fruit and very easy to drink. Romanico 2017 is a wine with a quality-price ratio in the area very difficult to beat. Elaborated 100% with Tinta de Toro, all the harvest is manual and no care is spared for the little brother of the winery, from the same winery that creates the famous wine Teso de La Monja. Traditional vinification with treading and pumping over, autochthonous yeast, malolactic fermentation and aging of 6 months in Bordeaux French oak barrels.Ideal pairing
