Description of Remirez de Ganuza Blanco
Remirez de Ganuza White Wine is one of the most sophisticated white wines from La Rioja.
A wine fermented and aged in French oak barrels exclusively, and only made of free-run must.
A wine that combines the richness and complexity of the whole ageing process with a refreshing and crisp sensation that speaks of the area it comes from, its clay-limestone soils and its native grape varieties.
Made of 80% Viura and complemented with Malvasía and Garnacha Blanca among others. Matured for 8 months in barrels and at least another year in the bottle before its release.
A wine of very low availability that you have to know to recognise the potential of Rioja white wines. Perfect to drink with baked or grilled white fish, soft cheeses and pasta with seafood and creamy sauces.
