Description of Remirez de Ganuza Fincas de Ganuza Reserva
Remirez de Ganuza Fincas de Ganuza is made of selected vines aged between 25 and 40 years old. The musts ferment in small stainless steel tanks and 7000-litre wooden vats. Later, they are aged in French (95%) and American (5%) oak barrels, predominantly new. Fincas is very fruity and fresh which is difficult to achieve in some reserves wines. A versatile Rioja that goes very well with both meat and fish, and especially well with stews and cured cheeses.Ideal pairing
