Description of Remirez de Ganuza Erre Punto
Remirez de Ganuza Erre Punto Maceración Carbónica 2019 is the historic rival to beat in its range. This typically Riojan category of winemaking involves fermenting whole bunches of grapes in the lagar without destemming the clusters and allowing fermentation to begin within the berry itself. Normally the profile of the wines is very fruity with a predominant banana and strawberry yoghurt sensation due to one of the by-products of this type of fermentation.
Perfect for spoon dishes, fatty and spicy sausages and goat or creamy cheeses with good acidity.
