Ramon Bilbao Limited Edition is a red wine with DO Rioja produced by the prestigious winery Ramon Bilbao, located in Haro, La Rioja. Created from a selection of the best grapes and from the best barrels, this wine is obtained so close to modern inspiration. Made with 100% Tempranillo from La Rioja, aged for 14 months in new French and American oak barrels. Later, we completed its aging in our subway cellar where it is refined during more than 10 months. Selection of 986 barrels from which 267,160 bottles of 75cl and 11,100 bottles of 150cl were obtained.

Making notes

After the preterior maceration, the fermentation is carried out in French oak tubs at 26 ° C temperature. Posterial maceration for 7 days and aging in French oak barrels. Aging is completed in our underground bottle rack.

Climatología

Cold and rainy winter, fresh spring and summer very warm. The rains of September and October complement the complete physiological and phenolic development of the grape.
