According to the winery itself Protocolo Tinto Ecologico 2018 is one of their most direct and affordable wines of those produced in the winery. A wine designed for everyday consumption and also offering an organic product with the maximum care from the vineyard to table. The wine is made with Tempranillo grapes. A wine full of fruits of forest and with some herbal notes, which balance it and at the same time make it more refreshing. Try it with pasta with meat, grilled, and spoon dishes, its acidity and tannin are able to compensate the fat of the most forceful dishes.
