Description of Protocolo Rosado Ecologico
According to the winery itself, Protocolo Rosado 2019 is one of their most honest, direct and affordable wines. A wine designed for everyday consumption and also offering an organic product with the utmost care from the vineyard to the table. The wine is made with bobal and tempranillo grapes, bled after a brief contact with grapes skins. Full of red fruits and with some herbal notes, slightly aniseed-flavored that balance it and at the same time make it more refreshing. Try it with cold cuts of meat, salads dressed with fruit vinaigrettes or soft cheeses.
