Description of Pago De Carraovejas La Cuesta De Las Liebres
Elaborated only in unique vintages. Pago de Carraovejas viticulture takes on the challenge of nature. A radical wine, with roots. Elegant, powerful and very persistent. An authentic wine. Cuesta de las Liebres defines the virtues of this steep slope and extreme viticulture. The vineyard is guided in a vertical goblet, surrounded by the scrubland. At Pago de Carraovejas they wanted to emphasize the complexity and strength of this wine with which they feel that, year after year, they are reaching new heights of commitment to nature, our land and its history. Their most precise and pure vineyard.Ideal pairing
