In the upper part limit with a dense pine forest in which several species of birds and mammals of autochthonous fauna live. The floors are of limestone, with loans of calcareous salts of a very characteristic whitish tone. This tertiary geology, united to the extreme weather of the plateau, are essential elements for the vineyard to transmit a character full of energy and authenticity.

Making notes

The alcoholic and malolactic fermentations were carried out in small wooden tubs, with autochthonous yeasts of our farm to show and highlight the personality of the terroir. The wine remained 24 months in new French oak oak barrels of extrafine grain. The Harvest Harvest of the 2015 Liebres was bottled in the spring of 2018.
