Description of Pacharán Berezko

  Berezko Patxarana is a unique, personal pacharán, with which we intend to achieve maximum expression through care of the smallest detail. The maximum expression of the fruit through a rigorous selection of the best fruits of each year; but above all, it is seeking to represent the most unique of each vintage. That is what defines Berezko best: the first vintage pacharán on the market. After careful filtration, we fill some very fine bottles with our Berezko Patxarana very special: very dark, black, looking for a similarity to the works in dark, oxidized metals, by the sculptors Oteiza and Chillida, whom we want to honor for their contribution to the Navarrese and Basque culture.
