Maruxa, or Maria in ish, is a Great Galician Name. She was the mother of the founder of the C. V. N. E. winery. The grapes used for the elaboration of Maruxa Godello come from the vineyards that C. V. N. E. owns in terraces in Éntoma, in the plots of Regueirón and Valdemioto. Clayey-loam soils with the presence of slate and other minerals.
