The Winery
Marqués de Riscal
Marqués de Riscal is one of the original Rioja wineries. It has been making classic Riojas since 1858, but it has also been able to adapt to the avant-garde and, above all, to produce wines capable of transcending the passage of time. Today it controls more than 1500 hectares of vineyards in Rioja and owns the largest vineyard in Rueda with more than 200 hectares.

Description of Marques De Riscal 150 Aniversary Gran Reserva
Marqués de Riscal makes this red only in those added where the quality of the grape is excellent. This is one of the most representative and recognized Gran Reserva of the Rioja Alavesa. With roasted and balsamic aromas and a hint of pepper and cinnamon, it is unctuous on the palate, with good tannic structure and a long, silky finish. Marqués de Riscal 150th Anniversary 2010 has been made to meet the quality standards of a Gran Reserva. It is vigorous and vibrant, always more powerful than the rest of the classic Rioja wines, without concessions to fashion and trends, thus maintaining its elegance.Ideal pairing
