Light and dry but with some creaminess. Power and saline mineral notes. Bitter memories of nuts, mixed with a mineral aftertaste.
Manzanilla Velo Flor is at the peak of its biological ageing process, with an average age of 10 years. The wine goes directly from the cask to the bottle, a process that culminates in a totally traditional and artisanal production process. It has a markedly saline profile, with hints of iodine, balsamic, yeast and light citrus notes.
