Description of Liqueur Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
Since 1880 the house
Marnier-Lapostolle makes one of the great liqueurs of the world. Since its beginnings,
Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge enthralled the Parisian society and all France afterwards by presenting this innovative mixture of
Caribbean orange liqueur and
French Cognac.
Since then it remains for its quality one of the standards of the tabletop digestives of the few who survive in a market where the longdrink wins the game to this type of liquor. Cognacs of the highest standards aged in Troncais and Limousin barrels, to be later blended with 49% of Caribbean orange liqueur of the variety
Citrus Bigaradia. Fantastic served alone with a few ice cubes (
on the rocks) or as the protagonist in many cocktails as the twist of the
Grand Sidecar.
