Description of La Niña De Mis Ojos
La Niña de mis Ojos is a Riojan wine without Denomination of Origin that stands out for its sweetness. It is made from Sauvignon Blanc and Verdejo varieties and is very pleasant and easy to drink (if you like sweet wines). It has a very attractive straw yellow color and should be served at a low temperature, between 5 and 7ºC. It has a very careful presentation, with a burgundy model bottle and a label inspired by several colors, as well as a synthetic cap. It is a wine produced by Wineries Altanza in the heart of La Rioja Alta and with which we can combine a good tapas, appetizers, salads, or light dinners. It can also be paired with Mexican food, as it is somewhat spicy.
