This winery has specialised in the production of premium cavas for over 100 years. The winery is currently run by the fourth generation of the family, who continue to maintain a unique production process in the world of cava.

Tasting notes

Look

Beautiful pink cherry. The white color of his crown, abundant and persistent, contrasts with its pink background.

Smell

Clear notes of cherries and strawberries, all surrounded by shades of honey, toast and floral memories.

Taste

His palate is lush. Effervescence that perceives the taste it is intense and creamy. It caresses the inside of the mouth showing no aggression ... and releases it all containing aromatic richness.

Description of Juve & Camps Brut Rose

Brut Rosé Juvé & Camps is made using free-run juice, with a light maceration of Pinot Noir grapes from our vineyard on the Espiells estate.

Owners dEspiells is the largest in the farms, with 200 hectares of vineyard in the areas of more recognized winemaking quality of Alt Penedès, the lap of Montserrat, Emerged Mountain Mountain millions of years ago, which presides over the Vitivinícola region and the It protects from the cold winds of the North. Old vineyards, loaded with history -Espiells is the name of a small Romanesque chapel of S. IX-, planted in poor, well-drained, clay-calcareous land, at an altitude between 180 and 245 meters. There we found the emblematic vineyard of La Capella, where our qualified place cava is born, with which it shares name. Optimal land for the cultivation of traditional Macabeum and Xarel·lo varieties, and in which the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir have perfectly adapted.

Making notes

Brut Rosé Juvé & Camps has been elaborated from the flower must, with a slight maceration of the grapes of the Pinot Noir variety, coming from our Viña on Espiells property. 12 months of a half in bottle.
