The grape comes from a vineyard dating from 1924 and traditional plantation in vessel, whose surface is 2.5. It is located in the municipality of Hornillos de Eresma, on sandy soil, which favors the retention of water in depth by guaranteeing a good ripening of the grape and maintenance of acidity, in a rainy vineyard. It develops an organic agriculture, based on the Labor, maintaining soil through vegetable and sulfur covers.
