Making notes

From our best vineyards over 40 years old located in the areas of Villalba, Briones and Torremontalbo we make a selection of the grape in the field. After rigorous maturing controls, the vintage manual begins in boxes of 20 kg.The grape arrives at the cellar and is introduced into a refrigeration camera for 24 hours. After a process of selection on tape, the grape gravity passes to French oak tubs, where it will perform the alcoholic fermentation.positionally there is a 24-month aging in French and American oak barrels, ending the process with an aging in bottle of 36 Months in our centennial drafts, until their departure to the market.
