Description of Guelbenzu Evo
Guelbenzu Evo, a true oenological jewel with a unique character and capacity for evolution. It has the Denominación Vino de la Tierra Ribera del Queiles,, which is located halfway between Pamplona and Zaragoza, on the banks of the river Queiles. It is made from a blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 5% Grenache, and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. It has a powerful, silky entry that gives way to a flavoursome, balanced wine, with well-adjusted acidity. Ripe tannins. Hints of black fruits, balsamic and cigar box on the palate. Great persistence on the finish.Ideal pairing
