The name chosen for this red wine is no coincidence: the oenologist Gonzalo Gonzalo wanted to pay his particular homage to the bank directors who refused him loans, alluding to the fact that the wine was not an embargosable asset. It pairs perfectly with pasta or ham (pork, of course).
