Tasting notes

Look

pale yellow, trim steely (white gold).

Smell

Medium intensity. Elegant floral notes wrapped by stone fruit (peach, apricot), golden apple, lemon peel. Closes a timid note of raw almonds.

Taste

friendly entrance, half body wrap, carbon crunchy texture and toning. In retronasal back memories citrus, apple, almond. long finish very refreshing.

Notas del Viñedo

Based on the meticulous observation and treatment of factors that influence our land and in its habitat. We do not apply herbicides or chemical pesticides, we use natural resources with the main objective of preserving the balance of the environment and maintaining spontaneous vegetable covers to get fluffy floors.

Making notes

Harvest manually, use a selection table, grape entry by gravity and entire cluster pressing. This sparkling spends more than 30 months on lees in the silence of the cellar. Moderate dosage of 6 grams liter.
