Description of Glárima Rosé

Glárima Rosé is a wine with DO Somontano produced in Barbastro by the well-known winery SOMMOS. Glárima Rosé is one of the only rosé wines from this winery in Huesca. The elaboration consists of a cold maceration and an alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts and above all at a controlled temperature. Each variety is fermented separately in cement tanks. Glárima is produced to accompany us at all times of the day thanks to its vivacity and joy. We recommend taking it with appetizers.
