Descripción de García de Caamaño de Pazo de RubianesDescription of García de Caamaño de Pazo de Rubianes

Garcia de Caamaño is the winery's most aged Albariño. It develops in its more than 12 months in contact with its lees more complexity and a texture that makes it especially gastronomic. Its lively acidity fades into a dense and rich palate. On the nose it reveals notes of dried flowers, citrus and stone fruit, wrapped in a creamy patina. Perfect with complex fish dishes such as a seafood casserole and a very interesting harmony with Iberian cured meats and mature cheeses.
