Description of Finca Resalso
Emilio Moro Wineries dates back to 1932 as a project of three generations rooted in the Ribera del Duero and dedicated to discovering the characteristics of its terroir to transmit them in wines with personality. The Moro family delves deep into the heart of the Ribera del Duero terroir. The identification with the territory marks their personality and allows them to produce wines with balsamic notes, aromatic wood and soul. Finca Resalso is the expression of their youngest vineyards, named after a historic vineyard planted in 1932, the year Emilio Moro was born. This is the name they have given to their wine, made from the youngest vines. The 2019 harvest resulted in a year classified as one of extraordinary quality and optimal health. For 12 days the wine macerates with its own skins and then undergoes malolactic fermentation for 30 days in stainless steel tanks. Finally, it was aged in French oak barrels.
