Description of Finca Dofi

Finca Dofí is another of Álvaro Palacios' great estate wines. A Priorat red wine that seduces with its aromatic purity and seductive silkiness. On the nose it presents light aromas of yeasts combined with aromas of ripe fruit, cherries, strawberries, Asian spices and some earthy notes. The palate shows more freshness, more delicacy with very refined tannins, complex and rich. Quite long and persistent finish with a fruity perfume. Perfect for pairing with grilled red meats, game, duck magret, cheeses.
