Description of Fagus
Fagus is a red wine produced by the winery Coto de hayas made from a selection of Grenache from different rural estates, harvested from vineyards with 50 years old. It has an aging of 10 months in new French oak barrels, which give it tasty, meaty and perfectly balanced flavors. It is one of the best red wines of Bodegas Aragonesas: long, wide and silky. We recommend pairing it with game meat, lamb or sheep milk cheeses.
