  Poiré Authentique is the traditional cuvée of natural pear cider made by Eric Bordelet in the Normandy region. Designed as an aperitif, this natural cider hides a refreshing fruit juice that impresses with its gastronomic character. Eric Bordelet Poiré Authentique is a semi-dry cider, with a pleasant residual sugar content, which makes it tremendously versatile when paired. We recommend drinking it as an aperitif, especially with seafood and cheese.
