Description of Enate Crianza
Enate Crianza is easy to drink and it shows the magnificent work that the winery carries out with both native and foreign grapes. It is made with the queen variety of the ish vineyard: Tempranillo (the majority); and the most desired red grape in the world: Cabernet Sauvignon, of Gallic origin. A 9-month aging in American (Tempranillo) and French (Cabernet Sauvignon) oak barrels followed by a long stay in the bottle round off a wine that is already a classic from Somontano. We recommend consuming it with grilled lamb chops.Ideal pairing
