Description of Edulis Crianza

Edulis is a aged red wine with fruity and tasty touches . It is very easy to drink, reminiscent of the new Rioja wines. It is a monovarietal Tempranillo and is aged for approximately 12 months in French and American oak barrels, plus another 12 more months in bottle . We recommend pairing it with red meat, such as game meat, or any red meat on the grill. A good sheep cheese would also go perfectly with this Riojan wine.
