Description of Cune Semidulce White Wine
Cune Semidulce Blanco, from Cune Winery (CVNE), a semi-sweet wine closes the gap between dry young whites and traditional Rioja and Spanish whites.
It combines the freshness of the first with the elegance and soft and velvety softness of the second.
It is made when the weather allows optimal over-ripening of the grape. The harvest is done manually and after pressing, the must ferments in American oak barrels.
This fermentative process is paralyzed with natural means in order to obtain a wine with residual sugar that gives it its particular complexity and unctuousness, deciding by tasting its optimum bottling moment.
