Notas del Viñedo

Making notes

Fermentation in stainless steel deposit at controlled temperature of grapes from our high rioja vineyards. Malolactic fermentation takes place in deposit and subsequently wine is raised in American oak barrels for a year, period in which it acquires the aromatic balance that characterizes it, equally its fineness and global expression.
