Description of Cuesta del Herrero
Finca Aylés is located in the north-east of Spain, in the region of Aragón. Founded in 1998, the history of Aylés begins in the Middle Ages and since then it has always been considered a privileged environment for the cultivation of vines and the production of quality wine. A wine that expresses through the Merlot, Tempranillo, Garnacha and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties the unique characteristics of this plot and with a cellaring potential of up to 7 years. The soils of the vineyards where it comes from have a higher calcium component, are mostly sandy and with some pebbles. This soil composition results in fresher and fruitier wines. These expressions are rounded off during 6 months in French oak barrels of first or second use.Ideal pairing
