Vineyards with more than 40 years in the case of Garnacha and 30 years in case of Tempranillo, cultivated at 600 meters of altitude.
Making notes
The harvest of the Tempranillo was performed during the third week of September and that of the Garnacha from the fourth week. Following the traditional processing method, it has been fermented at 28ºC with temperature control. A maceration was carried out over 15 days. After which, the malolactic fermentation of the two varieties separately was performed. Parent in American and French oak barrels for 9 months. The aging is completed in the same bottle.
