Description of Coto De Hayas Crianza
Coto de hayas crianza is the mid-range wine of Bodegas Aragonesas, located in the DO Campo de Borja. The elaboration of Coto de Hayas crianza begins with a harvest during the second week of September. Once in the winery, the must ferments at a controlled temperature of 28ºC. Afterwards, a maceration is carried out for 15 days. Finally, Coto de Hayas Crianza is aged for 8 months in French and American oak barrels, culminating with the ageing process in the bottle. Coto de hayas crianza is a magnificent accompaniment to sausages and red meat.Ideal pairing
