When we talk about Pascal Doquet, we are talking about something different. This vigneron from Vertus works intensely to obtain champagnes of the highest quality in this Premier Cru of the Côte de Blancs where Chardonnay reigns supreme.

Description of Champagne Pascal Doquet Horizon Blanc de Blancs
It expresses the youthfulness of the Bassuet and Bassu terroirs, in the Perthois region, whose slopes have been planted with vines since the 1970s. A blend of wines from the years 2011 (67%) and 2010 (33%), bottled in April 2012. A flowery and fruity champagne, highly recommended as an aperitif.
