Clean scents of citrus, acacia and mineral memories.
Taste
The palate is a straight and crisp wine. Shows the origin on the palate with mineral notes and good acidity. Appear again citrus and white flower in his mouth and a thin and elegant bubble. Long and very refreshing.

Champagne Jacques Lassaigne Vignes de Montgueux Extra Brut
Description of Champagne Jacques Lassaigne Vignes de Montgueux Extra Brut
Jacques Lassaigne "Les Vignes de Montgueux" Extra Brut Champagne is the winery's entry cuvee, a multivintage of 3 consecutive vintages made with grapes from different plots of Montgueux. The area is halfway between the Côte des Bar and the Côte de Sézanne next to the mythical city of Troyes.
Emmanuel Lassaigne continues his crusade to elaborate Champagnes from an organic management of the vineyard, low levels of sulphurous addition, without filtration, and with autochthonous yeasts. "Les Vignes de Montgueux" is a 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs that indicates the potential of the area. A unique Terroir at the height of the great villages of the Cote des Blancs, which shows a precise nose of citrus and creamy notes with a crisp, mineral and refreshing mouth. The texture, as in all its wines, is complex and the low pressure and good integration of its bubble make it a very versatile Champagne. Fantastic option for a lunchtime start, with shellfish, fatty grilled fish or spicy Asian food.
