Description of Champagne Agrapart Terroirs Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Grand Cru
Champagne Agrapart et Fils is one of the icons of traditional artisan Champagne. Pascal produces wines from a total respect of the vineyard, biodynamic management, vineyards located in hot spots of the north of the Cote de Blancs in Grand Crus like Avize, Oger, Oiry or Cramant.
Terroirs is one of its perhaps most special and compelling cuvees in terms of consistency and quality. A wine elaborated 100% Chardonnay of different vintages mixed to obtain a straight style, mineral that perfectly represents the idiosyncrasy of zone from which it comes. Dosage of 5 grams (extra brut) and as usual elaborations with wood in the reserve wines. Very precise, brilliant nose, citrus bark, notes of yeast, white flowers, wet stone. On the palate it shows the energy you are looking for in Champagnes de Pascal, crisp, mineral, refreshing, layered and textured. An exceptional wine to drink with seafood and Nikkei food, high acidity dishes and goat milk cheeses and soft pasta.
